My name is Martin Ochs and I was born in 1978.

===== Education =====

  * In 1995 I graduated from junior high
  * In 1998 I graduated from secondary school
  * In 1999 I finished basic military service as corporal (medic & truck driver)
  * In 2005 I graduated as degreed software engineer

===== Job =====
  * Before my graduation I worked a couple of part-time jobs
    * Gas station attendant
    * PC manufacturing and service
    * Truck driver (Concrete Mixer and Tipper Trucks)
  * In 2005 I started working as a Software Developer for embedded hardware in R&D for a company that manufactures controllers and sensors for industrial applications
    * Since 2015 as Senior Software Developer
    * Since 2018 as Deputy Group Leader
    * Since 2023 as Group Leader

===== Sports =====

  * Swimming
  * Karate

===== Hobbies =====

  * In 2009 I passed an exam for a ham radio license class "E", one year later class "A" - My callsign is **DK2MO**
  * I like to tinker with electronic boards and program them
  * For private computers I like PCs with Linux and Macs
  * For a couple of years I was involved as one of the leaders in a ham radio youth group in Wetzlar
